Day 1: Arrival in Kigali/Airport and Transfer to Volcanoes National Park
The Rwanda Gorilla Golden Monkeys Tour Starts After your breakfast at 8:30AM, you will Depart from Kigali, embarking on a scenic 2-hour drive to Volcanoes National Park. Enjoy the rolling hills and the countryside of Rwanda. You will Arrive in the Afternoon, On here, Check into your lodge and have lunch. Later, take a gentle walk in the nearby community to interact with locals and learn about their daily lives and culture. In the evening, Enjoy Dinner at the lodge and a briefing on the next day’s gorilla trek.

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking in Volcanoes National Park
Have an Early breakfast and transfer to the park headquarters for a briefing on gorilla trekking protocols. With king gear, Start your trek into the forest led by experienced guides and trackers. It will last from a few to several hours depending on the mountain gorillas ‘movement in search for fresh food, water and shelter.
After meeting the gorillas, spend an hour observing and photographing them before returning to the base. Have lunch at the lodge and relax.
In the Evening, Enjoy dinner. Optional: Attend a cultural performance or storytelling session by the local community.

Day 3: Golden Monkey Trekking
In the morning, After your breakfast, head back to the park headquarters for a briefing on golden monkey trekking. The trek is generally easier and shorter compared to the gorilla trek.
You will return to the lodge in the Afternoon for lunch and then take an optional nature walk or visit the Musanze caves. Dinner at the lodge

Day 4: Return to Kigali and Departure
Upon rising, Enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out of the lodge. Later, hit the road for the Drive back to Kigali. Upon arrival, have a city tour including visits to the Genocide Memorial and the local craft markets.
Depending on your flight schedule, you will Transfer to the airport in the evening for your departure flight or to a hotel if extending your stay.
