Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Entebbe, Uganda

Upon arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your private safari guide and transferred to your luxury hotel for relaxation after your international flight from Germany.

Depending on your arrival time, you may enjoy sunset views over Lake Victoria or simply unwind at the lodge gardens and spa facilities.

Day 2: Transfer to Murchison Falls National Park via Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary and View Top of Falls

After breakfast, begin your scenic drive north towards Murchison Falls National Park. En route, stop at Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary for an exciting guided rhino tracking experience on foot.

Have Lunch and Continue towards Murchison Falls where you will visit the famous Top of the Falls. Watch the mighty River Nile squeeze through a narrow gorge before exploding into a dramatic waterfall.

Day 3: Morning Game Drive & Luxury Nile Boat Cruise

Wake up early for a sunrise game drive across the northern savannah plains of Murchison Falls. Look out for elephants, lions, giraffes, buffaloes, leopards, hartebeests, and countless bird species.

In the afternoon, enjoy a luxury boat cruise along the Nile towards the bottom of the falls. This is one of Uganda’s finest wildlife viewing experiences, especially for photographers. Expect close sightings of crocodiles, hippos, elephants, and water birds.

Day 4: Delta Boat Safari & Relaxation

Day 5: Transfer to Kibale Forest National Park

After breakfast, journey southwest through beautiful countryside towards Kibale Forest National Park, often called the primate capital of East Africa. Day 6: Chimpanzee Tracking & Bigodi Wetland Experience

After an early breakfast, transfer to Kanyanchu Visitor Centre for chimpanzee tracking inside Kibale Forest.

Walking through the rainforest while listening to chimpanzees calling through the trees is truly unforgettable. Besides chimpanzees, you may also encounter red colobus monkeys, black-and-white colobus monkeys, and forest birds.

In the afternoon, enjoy a guided nature walk through Bigodi Wetland Sanctuary.

Day 7: Transfer to Queen Elizabeth National Park

Day 10: Gorilla Trekking Experience in Bwindi

Today is the highlight of your Uganda safari. Have breakfast and head to the Bwindi Forest Park Offices at 07:00AM.

After briefing by park rangers, begin your trek through the rainforest searching for a habituated mountain gorilla family. The experience of standing close to these gentle giants is emotional, powerful, and unforgettable.

Once located, you will spend one magical hour observing the gorillas in their natural habitat.

Return to the lodge for relaxation and celebration.
