Detailed Tour Itinerary

Day 1: Pick Up from Kigali and Transfer to Bwindi

Our experienced driver-guide will meet you at your Kigali hotel or the Kigali International Airport and will later, give you a quick briefing on what to expect during the safari.

Begin your journey, leaving the bustling city behind. If time allows, you will have a stopover at the Gisozi Genocide Memorial Site before the drive to Bwindi Forest National Park.

Enjoy the scenic drive to Bwindi; Crossing the Rwanda-Uganda border, Admiring the rolling hills, terraced farms, and vibrant rural communities. Capture as many as you can great photos of the verdant landscape.

You will arrive at Bwindi Forest National Park in the evening; once here, Check into your lodge and relax. Have dinner and night a=stay at;

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking and Return to Kigali

You will Wake up early and fuel up with breakfast. Later, head to the park headquarters for a briefing on trekking protocols. After registration, embark on your gorilla trekking expedition into the dense forest with expert trackers.

You will hike through the dense forest in search for the gorillas.  On finding them, Spend a magical hour observing these gentle giants and take photos, but remain respectful of their space.

After this amazing encounter, return to briefing point, meet your tour guide who will later take you for lunch before  setting off for the journey back to Kigali for drop off at a hotel or Airport.
