Detailed Itinerary
Start early with pickup from Entebbe or Kampala for a scenic drive to Bwindi. Pass through the Kigezi Highlands, known as “Africa’s Switzerland” for its terraced hills and green landscapes. If time allows, take a short cultural tour to meet the Batwa pygmies, learning about their traditional forest life and customs.

Today, embark on your gorilla trekking adventure in Bwindi’s dense rainforest. After a briefing, head into the forest with experienced guides to track a gorilla family. The trek may last 2-8 hours, depending on the gorillas’ location. Once you find them, spend one hour observing the gorillas up close.
